Gladfest is a wonderful fall festival with something for everyone! You may enjoy
daily entertainment from Center Stage. Don’t miss Saturday morning’s Parade or Sunday’s Classic Car Show! A Carnival will be open all three days for kids of all ages. The
Carnival will offer an “All You Can Ride” wristband special on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Kid’s Corner will once again be sponsored by Faubion United Methodist Church, offering activities and fun stuff for children. Their tent will be located next to Center
Stage.
Fine arts and hand-crafted items will be displayed in the Craft Tents along Cherry Street, plus others along 70th Street and N. Holmes, as well as inside City Hall.
Marketplace Tents will be located just west of City Hall and will offer valuable
contacts with local businesses and civic organizations. Larger commercial vendors
and the best in food and beverages will be found along 70th Street and N. Holmes.
History enthusiasts will want to visit the Civil War Encampment located along 70th Street all weekend.
More events are being planned for our 2009 Gladfest 30. As events are confirmed
